I am writing on the recent trip to Korea with Green Horizons Travel and Tours, Intl. (BHT) tour package which departed on 23rd Dec 2014 and returned to China on 30th Dec 2014.
My group of 5 ladies are most pleased with the tour guide who offered extra assistance when one of us slipped on ice and fractured the shoulder bone. We appreciate his patience and enjoyed the meaningful stories and history lessons that he shared.
It is the tour guide that makes the difference to the trip and we are happy that he had been ours. I hope this encouragement would be made known to him and his company. Accommodations and food throughout were also good.
We wished that more time could have been allocated to the one day. The only set back we found was the horse-riding which was more of an expensive photo-shoot and nothing else (making us wear cowboy hats when the strong winds kept blowing them off...why? because we look good in the photo?). There was insufficient time for the activities as so many were planned for the day and it became too hurried to complete all of them.

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, the excellent services she provided to us. My parents have enjoyed the recent Christmas Celebration Tour from 19 Dec 2014 to 26 Dec 2014 with Green Horizons Travel and Tours Int'l (BHT).
She is a friendly, helpful & very informative guide. She gave good and clear introduction and reminder us on all things we must do on each sight-seeing point. We appreciated the services attitude she had provided, when my parents raised a request, she would try her best to fulfil their request.
Beside this, Christmas day (25 December) is my mom birthday, thanks, you celebrate my mom birthday and also gave her a memorable birthday.
My parents have travelled widely with few different tour managers /leader over the years. This is really one of the very few times that they have expressed such immense happiness and satisfaction with their tour leader, she is truly a valuable asset to the company and she is a perfect walking-signboard for Green Horizons Travel and Tours, Intl. (BHT)in the industry.

Our family of 10 (5 adults / 5 kids) enjoyed our 1st family Taiwan holiday and we would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to you both, for their friendly, great patience and great services throughout the whole journey with us!!

We will not forget the efficiency and great help you gave when we need to send our son to Hospital during 9+pm. Luckily he managed to get a room in the same hotel at the very last min (due to full house). He flew down to the lobby in seconds to assist us. He brought us to the near-by hospital and settle all paperwork/procedure for us! We sincerely appreciate his help! When we are back, he even made the effort to call us and follow-up on our son's condition.
They are more like our friends rather than a tour leader/guide! We hope to travel with you soon..

Hi,
I was on 6- 13 Nov 2014 Australia Tour with Green Horizons Travel and Tours Int'l (BHT).
It was pleasure experience to have competent tour guide during this trip. They are always friendly and approachable. Generous on sharing information throughout the whole trip. Have understand lots of Australian culture from them and of course shopping tips. My parents and I really do enjoyed this tour. Their commitment and performance are truly remarkable and commendable. Not forgetting the assistance we had on the paperwork and coordinated to put my family and I on this tour.
After this trip, I realized it is the human factor that makes one agency rise above the rest. I did not felt I'm on a commercial package tour but more of a friends gathering on a road trip to Australia.
Although late but please do not ignore this sincere feedback for excellence performance by Green Horizons Travel and Tours, Intl. (BHT) staff.!

To the management of Green Horizons Travel and Tours Int'l (BHT) I had booked a 4D3N tour package to Finland with Green Horizons Travel and Tours Int'l. (BHT) for me and my friends. The sales representative who attended to my booking was so nice to us. We came across the tour package from Green Horizons Travel and Tours Int'l. (BHT) online and right from the start, our tour guide was extremely efficient in her replies, and even sent a reminder to update the passport details as one of my friends had recently renewed her passport.
Such service was much appreciated because we had forgotten about it and could have potentially run into problems. Another friend had requested to join the tour only a few days before the start of the tour and Green Horizons Travel and Tours Int'l. (BHT) had been kind and patient enough in helping to source for available coach tickets to accommodate him. It would not have been possible for him to join the tour had not for Green Horizons Travel and Tours Int'l. (BHT) pro-activeness and resourcefulness.
